You should be satisfied with the products and services that are offered by www.henri-lamouroux.com.

If you are in doubt or you consider that our products do not meet with your expectations ( or if you just have a change of mine in the meantime ), you can return the goods within 7 days of reception of goods, and ask either for an exchange or a full refund.

The guaranty “Satisfied or Refunded” is applied without any restriction in 3 different ways:
- a model exchange.
- Credit note for a future order.
- Refund by cheque.

Carriage cost remains at your expense.
All requests for exchange, credit notes or refunds must be accompanied by the articles in their original wrappings and invoices.
